High School Students!  The Intel-OARS Environmental Innovators Contest is for you! 

Our rivers, streams, and lakes face significant threats.  With the increasing scarcity of clean water, we need innovative solutions and inspired people working for change.  We are challenging YOU to develop creative ideas on how to solve your local water problems!  Can YOU be the one to bring innovative solutions to your community?
